Crafty Vibes is a mobile provider of creative entertainment, offering fun and engaging craft activities for children aged 5 and over.

Perfect for birthday parties, sleepovers, family celebrations, corporate family days, community events, and special occasions, we bring everything needed directly to your chosen venue across Milton Keynes and the surrounding villages.

Our hands-on workshops are designed to inspire creativity, encourage imagination, and create lasting memories. With a wide range of activities available, each event can be tailored to suit the age group, interests, and theme of your celebration.

Crafty Vibes is based in Milton Keynes and travels to venues across Milton Keynes and the surrounding villages. We are a fully mobile service and can run workshops and parties at homes, community centres, village halls, and other suitable venues. Not sure where to host your crafty celebration? Our party packages are designed to make your celebration fun, creative, and stress-free. Each package includes:

• All craft materials and equipment

• A friendly Crafty Vibes party host

• A personalised digital party invitation

• Personalised party bags with a small selection of goodies

There’s no need to worry about separate party favours! All guests leave with their own beautiful handmade creations, giving them a unique keepsake to remember the celebration. We don't provide food or catering as part of our party packages. Some parents choose to add a few extra treats, such as sweets, to their party bags if they wish.

Our standard parties last approximately 90 minutes.

Every child works at their own pace. Some little crafters are quick to finish their projects, while others like to take their time and add lots of detail. We never want children to feel rushed, so we allow a little flexibility with the finishing time.

Most parties finish around the 90-minute mark, although on occasion we may run a few minutes over to allow everyone to complete their creations. Very occasionally, if everyone finishes ahead of time, the party may finish a few minutes earlier.

Our priority is making sure every child has a relaxed, enjoyable experience and has the time they need to be proud of what they've created.

Our activities are suitable for children aged 5+ and can be adapted for older children and teenagers. We are also working on offering workshops for adults, which we are hoping to begin very soon

We can accommodate a range of group sizes. Our minimum party size is 8 children for parties within Milton Keynes and 10 children for locations within 15 miles of Milton Keynes.

No experience is needed. All of our activities are designed to be fun, inclusive, and suitable for all abilities, with plenty of guidance and encouragement throughout.

Absolutely! Our creative parties work brilliantly for mixed groups, and we can tailor the activities to suit your guests.

Some parents prefer for everyone to work on the same or similar projects, while others choose completely different crafts to suit individual interests. We’re happy to work with you to create the combination that works best for your celebration.

We can also accommodate younger siblings or family members who may not be within the main party age range. As our craft elements are prepared in-house or specially made for us by our trusted suppliers, we can create separate party kits to suit younger guests, allowing everyone to join in and enjoy the creative experience.

Our aim is to make sure every guest feels included, has fun, and leaves with something special they've created themselves.

Yes! We provide all the materials and equipment needed for your workshop or party, so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

As a fully mobile service, we bring everything directly to your chosen venue. All we ask is that you provide a large table (or several tables pushed together) and enough chairs for participants to sit comfortably while creating their projects.

We'll take care of the rest, ensuring a fun, creative, and stress-free experience for everyone involved.

We only require access to water for parties that include painting activities, such as canvas painting or hand-painted textile projects. This allows us to keep brushes and equipment clean during the session.

Electricity is not required for any of our parties or workshops.

We understand that some families prefer to keep celebrations small and intimate. While our hosted parties have a minimum number of guests, we have a fabulous alternative for smaller groups — Creative Party Boxes!

Our Creative Party Boxes contain everything you need to host your own fun and creative celebration at home. Each box includes all the materials required for the chosen project, along with clear instructions and plenty of helpful information to guide you through the activities.

And don't worry if you're not naturally crafty! Our party boxes are designed so that even the least crafty parent or carer can confidently introduce the projects and enjoy creating alongside the party guests.

It's a simple, fun, and hassle-free way to bring the Crafty Vibes experience to your own home — perfect for smaller celebrations, sleepovers, or whenever you fancy getting creative together!

We love seeing parents and children crafting together, and parents are always welcome to stay and enjoy the party.

For our younger crafters, particularly those aged 5–6, we especially recommend having a familiar adult nearby. Children at this age can have very different levels of confidence and independence, and having a parent or trusted adult close by can help them feel more comfortable and enjoy the experience.

However, please be aware that the number of parents a venue can accommodate may vary. Some venues, such as cafés and coffee shops, may have limited space and may not be able to accommodate all parents during the party. We therefore recommend checking the venue arrangements in advance.

Crafty Vibes is predominantly run by a mum of two school-aged children, so with the busy nature of family life, we aren't always able to answer the phone immediately. If you'd prefer to have a chat, we're more than happy to arrange a phone or video call at a mutually convenient time.

WhatsApp is also a great way to chat with us about your party ideas. We can share suggestions, links, photos, and examples from previous events to help inspire you and find the perfect option for your celebration.

Once you've decided that Crafty Vibes is the perfect choice for your celebration, we'll make the booking process as simple as possible.

To secure your booking, we'll need the following details:

• Your preferred date and time

• Venue address

• Your home address (for invoice)

• Email address (to send the invoice)

• The maximum number of guests invited

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Once your deposit has been received, your party date will be confirmed.

We will agree on an RSVP cut-off date (which will be included in the invite). After this date, we will contact you to confirm the final number of children attending, so that we can prepare the right amount of materials and party bags.

The balance invoice will be based on your confirmed number of RSVPs and it will be payable two days before your event.

Your personalised digital party invitation will be created and sent to you within 48 hours of receiving your deposit payment.

You can then send the invitation to your guests and let the RSVPs roll in!

We'll take care of the crafty details, while you can concentrate on getting ready to celebrate.
